Our tradition

How it all began

In 1984, the young vegan and raw foodist Winfried Holler set up his own business with a great deal of idealism: Initially, he sold raw organic cereals, organic wholemeal bread, muesli, organic fruit and vegetables and unsulphurised dried fruit at the markets around his home town of Buxtehude. A short time later, he opened the "Specialist shop for wholefood nutrition Keimling". From 1989, high-quality juicers, dehydrators and high-performance blenders are added to the range. The Keimling-quality soon spreads throughout Germany - the mail order Keimling mail order business was born. Today Keimling Naturkost is the first port of call for the raw vegan lifestyle. In Germany as well as in other European countries.
