30-day right of withdrawal!
Usually, you have a statutory right of withdrawal of 14 days. At Keimling, you enjoy an extended right of withdrawal of 30 days! The statutory right of withdrawal is in no way restricted by the voluntarily extended right of withdrawal.

Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within thirty days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is thirty days from the day you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the last goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Keimling Naturkost GmbH, Zum Fruchthof 7a, 21614 Buxtehude, Germany, naturkost@keimling.de, Phone: +49 4161 51160, Fax: +49 4161 511616) by means of a clear declaration (e.g., a letter sent by post, fax or email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use the attached sample withdrawal form, which is not mandatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send your notification concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Consequences of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for the additional costs arising from your choice of a different type of delivery than the cheapest standard delivery we offered), without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day we receive your notice of withdrawal. We will use the same payment method for the refund that you used for the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed with you; in no case will you be charged any fees for this refund. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.

You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which you inform us about the withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the fourteen-day period has expired.

We bear the cost of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling beyond what is necessary to ascertain the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to the following contracts:

• Contracts for the delivery of goods that can spoil quickly or whose expiration date would be quickly exceeded.

Special Notes
If you finance this contract through a loan and later withdraw from it, you are also no longer bound by the loan agreement, provided that both contracts form an economic unit. This is particularly the case if we are also your lender or if your lender makes use of our cooperation in the financing. If the loan has already been disbursed to us at the time the withdrawal takes effect, your lender assumes our rights and obligations under the financed contract in relation to you. This does not apply if the present contract concerns the acquisition of financial instruments (e.g., securities, foreign exchange, or derivatives).

If you want to avoid a contractual obligation as far as possible, make use of your right of withdrawal and also withdraw from the loan agreement if you are entitled to do so.

The following information is not part of the statutory right of withdrawal and is not a prerequisite for its effective exercise:

Please do not send parcels freight collect! Just give us a call – we will arrange for the goods to be picked up directly at your place or send you a prepaid return label.

Please pack the goods securely and appropriately in the original product packaging. Protect the product packaging with wrapping paper or the outer box from your delivery and do not stick anything directly onto the product packaging. If returning the item in the original shipping carton is not possible, you may of course use other suitable packaging.
