Guarantee
We guarantee that our products are free of defects at the time of transfer of risk. Warranty claims expire after 2 years. The prerequisite for a warranty claim is that the damage has not been caused by excessive strain, unsuitable or improper use, negligent or incorrect handling, violent damage or faulty maintenance. A further prerequisite for a warranty claim is the fulfilment of the commercial duty of inspection and notification of defects and the immediate notification of a defect as soon as it becomes apparent. We shall fulfil the warranty at our discretion either by repairing or replacing the goods. The right to cancellation shall only arise in the event of repeated failure of repair and/or replacement delivery. Claims for damages or compensation for wasted expenditure are expressly excluded. The Buyer shall be obliged to return to the Seller at its own expense and risk any goods that are notified as defective.

Even after the purchase, we will not leave you alone. Our service partners carry out any necessary repairs quickly, carefully and professionally.

Payment service
SEPA direct debit mandate - simple and convenient!
We take care of the payment for you. Issue us with a SEPA direct debit mandate and we will collect the money on the due date shown on the invoice.

A SEPA direct debit mandate is also valid for further orders until cancelled. Payment by direct debit is not possible for orders as a guest (without a customer account) or with a different delivery address.
Credit card
If you pay by credit card, your account will be debited when the order is finalised.
Payment by instalments
Benefit from payment by instalments, carried out by Klarna. Pay for your purchase from €99.00 conveniently via instalment payment from Klarna. (creditworthiness required). Simply enter your date of birth and a valid e-mail address. After accepting the instalment payment, you will receive a payment plan from Klarna with the selected instalments for a term of between 6 and 24 months with a debit interest rate from 9.99%. You can also choose the flexible instalment payment with a minimum repayment of 1/24 of the total amount, but at least € 6.95 / month incl. € 0.45 costs for the flexible instalment payment (debit interest rate: from 11.95%).

PayPal
PayPal is the online payment service that allows you to pay securely, easily and quickly in online shops - free of charge. As payment is received directly by us, dispatch will be as fast as possible.
Invoice
When purchasing on account, payment is due immediately upon receipt of the goods. Purchase on account is not possible for orders placed as a guest (without a customer account) or with a different delivery address. Purchase on account is only possible if creditworthiness is a prerequisite.
Apple Pay
When paying via Apple Pay, your stored payment method (e.g. credit card, debit card) is debited when the transaction is completed. You authorise the payment either by using your fingerprint (Touch ID), face scan (Face ID) or by entering a code on your Apple device. The transaction is fast and secure as no physical card is required and your card information is not transmitted.
Apple Pay offers a convenient way to make payments by utilising the security of Apple hardware and software to protect your personal financial information while enabling fast transactions.

30 days right of cancellation!
Normally you have a statutory cancellation right of 14 days. At Keimling you enjoy a 30-day right of cancellation!

The following information is not part of the right of cancellation:
Please do not send us any carriage forward parcels! Simply give us a call and we will collect the goods directly from you or send you a prepaid parcel label.
Please pack the goods securely and properly in the original product packaging. Protect the product packaging with packing paper or the outer carton from your delivery and please do not stick anything directly onto the product packaging. If it is no longer possible for you to return the product in the original shipping carton, you can of course use different shipping packaging.
Information on data protection according to EU-DSGVO
Before a delivery on account, we may carry out a credit check by Creditreform Boniversum GmbH, Hellersbergstr. 11, 41460 Neuss. Boniversum uses a so-called score procedure for this. Information on the conclusion of the contract
The presentation of the products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but a non-binding online catalogue. By clicking on the button "order with obligation to pay" you place a binding order for the goods contained in the shopping basket. Confirmation of receipt of your order will be sent together with acceptance of the order by automated e-mail immediately after it has been sent. The purchase contract is concluded with this e-mail confirmation; this does not apply to the payment method "instalment payment", as a separate credit check is carried out here. In this case, the contract is concluded when the goods are dispatched or when the advance invoice is sent.
We save the text of the contract and send you the order data by e-mail. You can view past orders in your customer account.
