Thanks to a special production process according to Urs Hochstrasser's specifications, which does not require any heat at all, the valuable nutrients of the apple are retained. Unlike conventional processes, which use high temperatures, Soyana apple syrup is gently thickened below 43 °C. With around 7 kg of hand-picked, organic apples from Switzerland for each bottle, you can enjoy a high-quality premium product from Europe.
