


Ingredients:
- 1/2 orange
- 1/3 frozen banana
- 25 g (approx. 10 pieces) dried jackfruit from Keimling health food
- 2 handfuls of baby spinach
- 1/4 tsp vanilla
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1-2 tbsp homemade or store-bought thick cashew or coconut yoghurt
- 100 ml homemade plant milk (coconut, cashew, almond, oat or soya, e.g. prepared with Soyabella)
- ½ - 1 tsp turmeric powder from Keimling health food
- 1 tsp barley grass powder Keimling Natural food
- 1/2 tsp spirulina from Naturkost Keimling health food
Decoration:
- Cocoa nibs from Keimling natural food
- Grated coconut from Keimling natural food
- hulled hemp seeds from Keimling health food
- Crunchy buckwheat Keimlinge or homemade sprouted crunchy muesli according to Boris (recipe from his book)
- Sprouted oat flakes from Keimling natural food
- Fresh berries, mango or other fruit as desired
Preparation:
Puree all the ingredients in a high-speed blender, first for ½ minute on a low setting and then for another ½ minute on the highest setting.
Pour the finished mixture into a nice cereal bowl and decorate as desired

- 2-3 portions of spelt (cooked)
- 200 g broccoli
- 100 g peas
- 3 tbsp goji berries from Keimling health food
- 2 tbsp almond kernels from Keimling health food
- 2 tbsp walnut kernels from Keimling natural food
Ingredients for the dressing:
- 4 tbsp peeled hemp seeds from Keimling Naturkost
- 1 tbsp almond butter from Keimling Naturkost
- 60-80 ml water
- ½ lemon (juice)
- 1 small clove of garlic
- salt, pepper
- Herbs (parsley, chives, mint)
Preparation:
Firstly, blanch the broccoli and peas and leave to cool.
Grind the almonds and walnuts into coarse pieces in a blender.
Then mix the remaining ingredients for the salad together.
For the dressing, mix all the ingredients until a creamy consistency is achieved. If it is too runny, simply add almond butter. We recommend using a high-performance blender.
Pour the dressing over the salad and mix well.
