Juicing celeriac like Anthony William
Celery is an unrivalled health vegetable. According to Anthony William, it is said to be effective against numerous ailments from skin irritations to high blood pressure. What is certain is that the crunchy leaf stalks are a fantastic source of nutrients. In addition to magnesium and calcium, celery stalks also contain folic acid, vitamin B6, vitamin E, vitamin K, potassium, provitamin A, iron and much more.
Anthony William emphasises that in addition to the raw material, organic celery stalks, the quality of the juicer is also crucial in order to get the most out of the nutrients it contains. Together with the experienced US manufacturer Omega, he has therefore further developed the Omega Juicers 8227/8228 specifically for juicing whole celery stalks. The result is the Omega Juicers MM900. With its special "celery cap", you can regulate the pressing pressure in the housing in three stages and thus maximise your juice yield, depending on the consistency of the celery. Of course, the MM900 can also juice other types of fruit and vegetables.

We have selected the best system suitable for European water conditions: Maunawai® PI®PRIME K8 Quelle table filters have been manufactured near Berlin for many years and have convinced us with their simple operation and excellent results.
At the heart of the Maunawai® Quelle filter is the multi-stage filter system: Firstly, a ceramic filter retains impurities, particles and suspended matter. Then a limescale filter pad removes limescale by means of ion exchange. Finally, an activated carbon filter made from coconut shells filters out chlorine, pesticides and many other impurities. This makes Maunawai® filters very effective, especially when it comes to substances that are difficult to bind, such as copper, drug and hormone residues. At the end of the filtering and percolation process, the result is soft and wholesome water, just like from a mountain spring.
