Ingredients for one smoothie

Please note: Ingredients that are not or not always available fresh have been replaced with equivalent long-life products in a variation on the original recipe:

• 2 fresh organic bananas (or dried baby bananas from Keimling Naturkost - then simply add approx. Add 300 ml filtered water)
• Juice of 1 organic orange
• 2 cups wild blueberries or 1 tbsp wild blueberry powder
• 1 tsp barley grass juice powder from Keimling Naturkost
• 7 pure spirulina tablets from Keimling Naturkost
• 1 tbsp dulse seaweed flakes
• 1 handful of fresh coriander herb
• Optional: filtered water for mixing

Preparation:

Place all the ingredients in a powerful blender and puree. Depending on the desired consistency, add orange juice or filtered water.
