- A handful of first class Anans pieces
- Juice of one organic lemon
- Juice of one organic orange
- 1 apple
- 1 ripe avocado
- 1 stem of mint
- 1 litre of water
Preparation
Place all the ingredients in a blender and blend on the highest setting until creamy.
Garnish with mint leaves and serve.

Preparation:
Blend everything at the highest speed for 1 minute until smooth. Chill as required.
