Crumble
:
- 40g Dr. Goerg coconut oil
- 70g Keimling Coconut blossom sugar
- 70g Keimling Oat flakes, sprouted
- 80g wholemeal flour (e.g. spelt)
Base:
- 230g flour (e.g. spelt), part can be replaced by mixed almonds
- 2tbsp baking powder
- 70g Dr. Goerg coconut cooking fat
- 35g Keimling Coconut blossom sugar
- Mix 2 tbsp almond puree in 100ml water to make a plant milk
Preparation
Notes:
- Can of course be prepared with other fruit (e.g. cherries, apples, berries, etc.) depending on the season!
- Replace the sugar for the base with mashed banana (then less additional liquid) or agave syrup - just experiment!
- Suitable for freezing and baking
- Close your eyes & enjoy!
