

Ingredients "Burger patties"
- 200 g pure nut mix
- 150 g carrots
- ½ stalk leek
- 1 onion
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 4-5 tbsp chickpea flour
- 4 tbsp hemp seeds, peeled
- 1/2 lemon (juice)
- 1 tsp each salt + paprika powder + liquid smoke
- 1/2 tsp pepper

Ingredients "Mustard sauce"
- 150 g yoghurt alternative
- 2 tbsp agave syrup
- 2 tsp mustard
- ½ lemon (juice)
- ½ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp pepper
"Topping" ingredients
- 4 rolls
- 2 handfuls of spinach
- 8 cherry tomatoes
- ½ cucumber
Preparation
Finely chop the onion and fry in oil until translucent. Dice the carrots, cut the leek into strips and fry for a further 5 minutes.
Then place all the ingredients in a high-speed blender and blend until chunky. If the mixture is too moist, add more chickpea flour.
Form patties with wet hands and fry in a little oil for 3 minutes on each side over a medium heat.
For the mustard sauce, mix all the ingredients together.
Then cut the tomatoes and gherkin into thin slices.
Then top the burger with spinach, patty, sauce, tomatoes, cucumber and more sauce.
Ingredients
- 500 g raspberries (or other berries)
- 2½ tbsp chia seeds
- 2½ tbsp warm water
- 3 - 4 tbsp raw agave syrup
- ½ tsp vanilla extract (optional)

Preparation
Briefly mix the raspberries with the water, agave syrup and vanilla in a high-performance blender or personal blender. Then stir in the chia seeds, pour into jars and store in the fridge. The jam will keep there for approx. 1 week.

- 125 g almond kernels, frozen
- 125 g First Class pineapple chunks, frozen
- 50 g cashew nuts, frozen
- 50 ml water

Preparation
Soak all the ingredients in as little water as possible for at least 2 hours. Drain off the excess water and freeze all the ingredients in the freezer overnight. Place the nuts and pineapple pieces in a blender and blend at maximum speed until smooth. Garnish with a fruit sauce of your choice and cashew nuts.
