MorgenStund' Tropic Smoothie

Ingredients:

1 portion
  • 3 tbsp MorgenStund
  • 140 ml water
  • 300 ml Barista de Coco coconut drink or 1 tbsp almond butter with 300 ml water
  • ½ banana or 20 g dried baby bananas with 60 ml water
  • 2 dates Deglet Nour
  • 1 mango of 50 g Mango Kent with 250 ml water
  • 1 tbsp linseed oil
  • 2 tsp root power

Zwei Gläser mit cremigem, gelblich-orangefarbenem Smoothie stehen auf einem weißen Tablett. Daneben liegen frische Mango, Datteln und Kokosnussstücke als Zutaten.

Preparation:

Pour warm water over MorgenStund' and leave to soak for 2 - 3 minutes. Cut the banana, dates and mango into pieces or take the appropriate amount of dried fruit with water. Place the MorgenStund', fruit and all the other ingredients in a blender and blend.
Depending on the desired consistency, add a little more liquid (water, almond or coconut drink). Pour the smoothie into the glasses. Finally, stir a teaspoon of WurzelKraft into each smoothie.
Tip for better satiety:
Add some sprouted oats or more WurzelKraft, then the smoothie is also ideal as a breakfast substitute!

WurzelKraft PowerBalls "dark Chocolate"

Ingredients:

20-25 pieces
  • 4 - 6 tsp WurzelKraft
  • 50 g rolled oats, sprouted
  • 30 g chia seeds, ground
  • 2 tsp cocoa beans, ground
  • 30 g cocoa powder
  • 1 ripe banana or 40 g dried baby bananas with 120 ml water
  • 70 g sesame paste, white
  • 60 g light-coloured mountain figs
  • 1 pinch sea salt
  • 1 pinch of ground vanilla
Runde, dunkle Energiebällchen liegen auf einem hellen Teller. Einige sind leicht mit Kakaopulver bestäubt. Ein grüner Aufkleber zeigt den Text Rohkost rezept.

Preparation:

Chop all the ingredients in a blender and shape into balls with moistened hands. Leave in the fridge overnight. Then remove and enjoy. The balls will keep in the fridge for about 1 week.
