RAW fruit balls from Alexandra Skirde
Ingredients (approx. 15 pieces):
8 Medjool dates - pitted - roughly chopped
120 g dried mulberries
Soaked in filtered water for 30 minutes
100 g dried sour cherries
Soaked in filtered water for 30 min.
Optional: vanilla or cinnamon
This is how it works:
Strain the soaked mulberries and sour cherries. Process all the ingredients together in the food processor to make the energy ball dough and form approx. 15 balls with wet hands. Dry the balls for 2 hours in the dehydrator at below 42°C on the rack and then roll in raspberry powder.
