Fresh greens and crunchy sprouts all year round
Growing your own sunflower greens is not difficult at all. You don't even need a garden or balcony. Germinators offer a great way to benefit from the advantages of fresh microgreens at any time. The organic seeds from the GEO brand help you to grow fresh mini-greens and crunchy sprouts yourself.
As a topping, the sprouts not only spice up soups and vegetable dishes. Due to their mild flavour, sprouted sunflower seeds are also an ideal ingredient for smoothies or salads.
Tip: Due to the hard seed coat, this sprouting seed requires a lot of water to germinate. After approx. 5 days, the seed coats will come off on their own. To remove them, simply place the sprouts in a bowl of water. The seed pods float to the top and can now be easily skimmed off.
