Raw chocolate crispies

Ingredients:

40 g cocoa powder
70 g cocoa butter
2 tbsp almond puree
1 tbsp agave syrup
60 g almonds
40 g hemp seeds, peeled
20 g rolled oats

Preparation:

Chop the almonds and place in a bowl with the hemp seeds and rolled oats. Melt the cocoa butter at 38°C in a bowl in a dehydrator.

Stir the cocoa powder, almond puree and agave syrup into the cocoa butter until the chocolate is smooth without any lumps. Stir the chopped almonds, hemp seeds and rolled oats into the chocolate.

Using a teaspoon, spread the mixture in flakes on baking paper or cling film. Place the chocolate crispies in the fridge for 2 to 3 hours before eating.

Chocolate and peanut butter banana bites

Ingredients:

Homemade peanut butter

approx. 230 g unsalted peanuts
salt
2-3 tbsp oil
1 tbsp agave syrup

Chocolate peanut butter banana bites

3 large bananas
approx. 2.5 tbsp peanut butter (more depending on flavour)
200 g chocolate
approx. 50 g unsweetened shredded coconut

Preparation:

To make the peanut butter, toast the unroasted peanuts evenly on all sides in a non-stick pan without oil - or leave them raw. Once cooled, place the nuts in a high-speed blender with the remaining ingredients.

The shorter the mixture is chopped, the more nut pieces are retained. If the mixture is too firm, a little oil can be added if desired. After blending, the peanut mixture will still be slightly liquid due to the heat generated. This can now be poured into the jar and stored in the fridge. It will keep in the fridge for approx. 6 weeks.

Now cut each banana into 6 equal pieces for the bites. Melt the chocolate together with the peanut butter in a warm bain-marie. Dip the banana pieces into the chocolate-peanut bath and "rub" them in. Then place on a non-stick surface or on a wire rack. Sprinkle the banana pieces with coconut flakes and place in the freezer for at least an hour until the chocolate is cold. Instead of shredded coconut, you can of course also use puffed amaranth, chopped nuts or chia seeds - depending on your taste and mood. They taste particularly delicious if you leave them in the freezer for a little longer.
