- 1 lemon, peeled and seeded

- 1 bunch coriander
- 1 cucumber (large)
- 2 apples
- 1/2-1 chilli pepper
- 2 hands baby spinach
- 3 cups water

- 50 g kohlrabi
- 50 g apple
- 1/2 bunch coriander, or other fresh herbs
- 5 g dulse seaweed
- 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tsp mustard seeds
- ½ tsp peppercorns
- 200 ml pure water
