Angel has developed a special three-phase extraction technology that guarantees a very high juice yield. The two press pistons of the slow juicer process fruit, vegetables, herbs, wheat grass or nuts at 82 revolutions per minute. In this way, the ingredients are treated as gently as possible during processing. As a result, the finished juice contains extra nutrients and vitamins.
- In the first phase, the twin press rollers of the Angel juicer finely grind the food.
