The growing global hunger for palm oil has devastating consequences for the tropical rainforest: every hour, an area the size of around 300 football pitches is cleared for new plantations! This is forever destroying the habitat of humans and animals such as the endangered orangutans and Sumatran tigers of Indonesia.
Keimling Naturkost decided many years ago in favour of a consistent renunciation of palm oil. Our product range is 100% palm oil-free. We use alternatives such as sunflower oil.
