Raw walnut butter

Walnut trees are widespread in the northern hemisphere. Their fruits are covered with a green, strongly coloured shell. As soon as this bursts, the walnuts are ripe. Then they are also recognisable in their familiar shape and colour. What used to be served on the snack plate at Christmas time in childhood is now available all year round and provides us with numerous valuable ingredients.

These include vitamins and minerals as well as essential amino acids, fatty acids and high-quality protein. The walnut trees for our walnut butter come purely from organic farming and are carefully harvested by small farmers. After drying at below 40 °C, good old-fashioned manual labour is still used: the shells are removed from the nuts and they are slowly processed into our fine walnut butter in hand-operated stone mills. With no additives or preservatives, you get a wonderful, flavoursome walnut puree that is unrivalled in this quality of nutrients and vital substances.

Use our raw food puree made from organic walnuts as a fine topping for your vitalising breads, pita or crackers. You can also use it for smoothies, ice creams, dips or puddings. There are no limits to your imagination!

Keimlig's Wllnussmus ist angenehm cremig, schmackhaft wenn dünn aufgetragen und dabei äußerts gesund.

Ich löffele den Mus auch direkt aus dem Glas :) Schmeckt sehr lecker! Ist so cremig-weich! Nur zu empfehlen!

Vielfältig einsetzbar

Einfach zum Essen (toll mit dem frischen Brot), zum Kochen (eine feine Sauce), zum Backen (im Kuchen und einer der Creme perfekt).
Nicht mehr wegzudenken.

Ausgezeichnet!

Am liebsten gebe ich eine Löffel in eine entsteinte Medjool Dattel. Das schmeckt besser als jede Industrie Süßigkeit!
