Mushroom with spiritual power

In Asia, the reishi mushroom has been idolised for thousands of years. It is not for nothing that it is considered the "mushroom of eternal life" there. However, it doesn't just grow in the Far East, but all over the world. It likes to grow alongside oak trees, which in turn symbolise vitality. Traditional Chinese medicine has been using the reishi mushroom for around 4,000 years.

Simply enjoy day after day

Unlike the better-known shiitake mushroom, reishi is not an edible mushroom, but is used exclusively as an extract or powder. For example, add a pinch of the slightly bitter powder to your smoothies, soups or dips. Or enjoy Reishi as an infusion with hot water or tea, sweetened to taste.

Food supplement from Vimergy

To meet high nutrient requirements, Anthony William recommends high-dose nutritional supplements from Vimergy.
