Fast and safe thanks to innovative temperature control

With the Sedona Supreme's digital programme control and the practical "Quick", "Raw" and "Combi" drying modes, you can dry apples, bread, pies and crackers gently and efficiently. The temperature can be continuously adjusted between 25 °C and 68 °C. The highlight of the Sedona Supreme is its sequential temperature controller with timer: In "Combi" mode, the drying process starts with a higher heating temperature for faster evaporation. After a preset time, the appliance automatically switches to a lower temperature. This means your treats dry particularly quickly and reliably retain their valuable vitamins, minerals and enzymes.

Time setting to the minute and more

You can set the mode, desired temperatures and drying times precisely on the clearly laid out control panel. Whether it's just two hours for drying spices or 30 hours for sweet sultanas - everything can be programmed in a matter of seconds. You can monitor the drying progress through the glazed front window without opening the flap.
