Ingredients:
- 1000 ml water
- 500 ml cherry juice
- 5 tbsp agave syrup
- 3 tbsp chia seeds
- 70 g dried sour cherries
- 70 goji berries
- 3 fresh oranges
Preparation:
Cut the oranges into slices, place in a pan with the remaining ingredients and mix well. Then bring to the boil briefly and leave to infuse for 15 minutes.
The punch can be served immediately afterwards!
Ingredients:
- 4 medium oranges
- 6 medium carrots
- ½ lemon
- 2 tsp turmeric powder
- ¼ tsp coconut oil, spread
Preparation:
Place the unpeeled carrots in the juicer. Keep the juice outlet flap closed so that the carrot juice can mix directly with the following juices.
Squeeze the oranges and half the lemon with the optional citrus attachment (e.g. from Kuvings EVO Juicer) and blend. Now drain the juice and add two pinches of turmeric powder and the liquid coconut oil to the juice and blend all the ingredients into a delicious juice. The oil rounds off the flavour and should help the nutrients to be absorbed. The same applies to the turmeric. You can also vary the amount of turmeric and coconut oil depending on your taste. Just give it a try.
