For reasons of product safety and liability, the return or exchange of electrical and electronic components is unfortunately excluded. These components are particularly sensitive to electrostatic discharge, improper handling, or incorrect commissioning, and once returned, it is no longer possible to reliably verify their integrity and functionality.
Therefore:
According to § 312g para. 2 no. 3 of the German Civil Code (BGB), the right of withdrawal does not apply to the delivery of sealed goods that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons if their seal has been removed after delivery – this provision applies analogously to sensitive electronic components.
