Although the patents for the production process have now expired, no other manufacturer has yet dared to try this complex and costly technology. This means that the pressing rollers, which are made entirely of stainless steel, remain the centrepiece of the GS 5 and make all the difference. This is easy to understand, because two rollers process the fibres from fruit and vegetables much better than the classic "single-roller devices". The double roller is simply the best choice when it comes to optimally processing the juicing material for the pressing process. However, the production of these rollers is so complex that so far only the Angel Juicer can offer the same technology. 3-stage pressing technology

In addition to the magnetic and bioceramic interior, the double rollers are equipped with another special feature: The so-called 3-stage pressing technology ensures the unique juice yield and quality. At a gentle 110 revolutions per minute, the two rollers first roughly crush the pressed product in stage 1 and thus prepare it for the actual pressing process. After crushing, the plant cells are thoroughly broken up in stage 2 and the resulting plant pulp is then pressed in stage 3 to produce the juice, which is so rich in vitamins, minerals and secondary plant substances. This means that you have the desired nutrients in your juice and not in the pomace!

Create your individual favourite juice

If you like your freshly squeezed juice with some pulp - why not? Thanks to the two "coarse" and "fine" sieve inserts supplied, you can decide for each new juice to be pressed how high the fruit juice content should be. Because if a juice with less pulp is desired during a fasting cure, a juice with small pieces of fibre can be just the right thing for other occasions by using the coarse sieve.
