Sometimes it's the simple things that inspire us the most. Our organic pistachios in shells show just how much pure flavour and nutritional power can be found in a small green delicacy - without any salt, roasting or additives. But with plenty of character, care and Spanish sunshine.
These pistachios come from the La Mancha region, one of the top growing regions in Spain. They are organically grown there under the best conditions and are processed by a dedicated co-operative. Gently dried at temperatures below 45 °C, they retain most of their valuable ingredients - genuine raw food quality.
Kerman: The fine noble variety with a mild bite
Our pistachios come from the Kerman variety, an original pistachio variety that is prized for its mild, fine nutty flavour. Unlike roasted pistachios, they are more delicate in flavour, but all the more authentic. The crunchy cracking of the shell becomes a small pleasure experience and makes snacking more conscious and mindful.

Bio Pistazien
Bestellung und Lieferung Ok, Preis ist fair. Pistazien gut verpackt zum wieder öffnen , alles gut deklariert. Bio! Schauen sehr gut und qualitativ aus alle schön geöffnet und schmecken auch ungeröstet sehr gut sind ein wenig weicher als die gerösteten aber nicht wesentlich noch immer knackig aber dafür das volle Spektrum der Nährstoffe. Gerne wieder.
