Bone Nanza contains approx. 14.5 µg (micrograms) of natural iodine per daily portion.
Recommended intake: Take two capsules daily with a glass of water.
We also recommend that you take this Ogaenics organic food supplement with food, as this helps your body to optimally absorb all its ingredients. This does not have to be a full meal, a small snack is sufficient. This will improve absorption. Please note that BONE NANZA contains organic calcium, which should not be taken at the same time as supplements containing iron or zinc, as these can inhibit the absorption of calcium in the body. We therefore recommend that you wait two hours before or after taking supplements containing zinc or iron before taking this calcium complex.
