The coconut pioneer Manfred Görg has made coconuts in Germany suitable for mass consumption in the best organic quality. MANGO SMOOTHIE
Ingredients:
- 1 mango
- 100 ml premium organic coconut milk
- 1-2 tsp premium organic coconut blossom sugar
- 1 passion fruit optional
Preparation
1. Blend all the ingredients in a high-speed blender or with a hand blender and pour the mixture into a nice glass. Top with fresh passion fruit and enjoy!

Courgette noodle bowl with creamy peanut sauce
Ingredients:
- 5 tbsp TischleinDeckDich
- 170 ml water
- 1 red onion
- 1 garlic clove
- 2 tomatoes
- 55 g dried, pickled tomatoes, jar
- 200 g courgettes
- 2 carrots
- 35 g peanut butter
- 100-150 ml warm water
- 2 tsp coconut oil
- 50 g walnuts
- Ground turmeric and curry to taste
- herb salt
- ground black pepper
Preparation
1. Place TischleinDeckDich in a bowl, mix with approx. Pour over 170 ml boiling water, stir, season with a little salt, curry and turmeric, cover and leave to soak for 5 minutes.
2. roughly chop the walnuts and toast in a small pan without oil and leave to cool.
3. Wash the vegetables, chop the carrots and the fresh and pickled tomatoes. Turn the courgettes into spaghetti using a spiral cutter. Chop the courgette leftovers and add to the vegetables in the pan later.
4. In a bowl, mix the peanut butter and warm water with a whisk to form a smooth cream.
5. In a large pan, sauté the crushed garlic and chopped onions in 1 teaspoon of coconut oil, add the carrot and tomato pieces, deglaze with the peanut cream, season and cook. Shortly before the end of the cooking time, add the pickled tomatoes. Remove the vegetables from the pan and now briefly sauté the courgette noodles in 1 teaspoon of coconut oil in the empty pan and season. Arrange the peanut vegetables and courgette noodles in a bowl TischleinDeckDich. Sprinkle the walnut kernels on top.
Tip: A peeler can also be used instead of a spiral cutter.

Urs Hochstrasser can now truly be described as a vegan icon - he brought the light-coloured almond puree into our vegan kitchens. It is a simple, delicious and, above all, healthy substitute for animal products such as milk and cream. Together with the manufacturer Soyana, he has launched an incredibly creamy light-coloured almond puree in organic and raw food quality, which is still a top seller among the muses.
Carrot soup
Ingredients:
- 300 g carrots
- 50 g dried mango
- 400 ml filtered water
- 1 tbsp almond puree
- 1 tsp agave syrup
- 1 tsp yeast flakes
- ½ tsp curry powder
- Salt/pepper to taste
- A few squeezes of lemon to taste
- Parsley and black sesame seeds as topping
Preparation
1. Blend all the ingredients (except the topping) in a high-speed blender to a creamy soup to the desired heat level. Serve on warmed plates with parsley and black sesame seeds.
