naja...
das ist ein spezieller Buchweizen. Er schleimt scheinbar gar nicht, was an sich gut ist. Zum Keimen ist die Ware aber nicht besonders. im Glas nicht zu empfehlen, da viele nicht keimen und dann gammeln. Für Microgreens sind sie ok. Zum Kochen sind sie vermutlich fein, aber das war nicht der Sinn meines Einkaufs.
