Ingredients
- 120 g Deglet Nour dates (pitted)
- 50 g dried mango
- 50 g almonds
- 2 TBSP https://www.keimling.de/dr.-goerg-bio-kokos-mandelmus/
- 4 tbsp shredded coconut
- 3 tbsp cranberries
- 2 tbsp oat flakes
- 1 tbsp each chia seeds + linseed
- 2 tbsp grated coconut (for coating)
Preparation
Place all the ingredients in a high-speed blender and blend until you have a sticky mixture with small pieces.
Then roll into small balls with wet hands and coat with grated coconut.
Enjoy the energy balls immediately or store in the fridge!

- 50 g dates
- 30 g goji berries
- 30 g cashew pieces or other nuts
- 30 g almonds (chop a little if necessary)
- 100 g rolled oats
- 80 g agave syrup
- 100 g cashew butter (or other nut butter)
Preparation
Cut the figs and dates into small pieces and pour a little warm water over them in a bowl together with the gojis, leave to soak for 30 minutes.
Add the cashew pieces/nuts and almonds. Mix in the rolled oats and stir everything together with a spoon.
Finally, add the agave syrup and puree and mix the whole mixture well again.
Spread on a dehydrating film (approx. 1.5 cm) and dehydrate for 12 hours at 42°C, then remove from the film, cut into pieces and dehydrate for a further 12 hours. Store in the fridge.
