Favourite smoothie from Christian Dittrich-Opitz
Ingredients:
A handful of fresh dandelion leaves
A handful of coriander leaves
2- 3 leaves of fresh mint
Half a lemon with zest
3 Medjool Giant dates Supreme
One cup of filtered slightly warmed water
A pinch of cinnamonPreparation
Blend all ingredients for approx. 30 seconds.

1 small apple
70 g lamb's lettuce
Half a lemon (without peel)
One mandarin orange (without peel)
1 tsp spirulina
Preparation
Place the ingredients for the smoothie in the blender in the order given, blend vigorously and enjoy!
