Guarana mango shake
Ingredients for 2 portions:
- 500 ml water
- 80 cashew nuts
- 30 g Keimling Mango Kent
- 5 peppermint leaves
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 3 dates Deglet Nour, pitted
- 1 tbsp guarana
Preparation:
Place all the ingredients in the Vitamix Ascent A2500i or another high-performance blender and blend on the highest setting for approx. 45 seconds until creamy. Alternatively, you can use the smoothie programme.
Popeye Bowl
Ingredients for 2 portions:
- 100g baby spinach
- 1/4 small onion
- 1/4 tsp nutmeg
- 1 tbsp cashew butter
- 400ml water
- 1 Hass avocado
- 2 tbsp hemp protein powder
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 date Deglet Nour, pitted
Preparation:
Place all the ingredients in the Vitamix Ascent A2500i or another high-performance blender and blend for approx. 45 seconds on the highest setting until creamy. Alternatively, you can use the smoothie programme.
