Who is Roland Jentschura?
Roland Jentschura, an ecotrophologist, has specialised in researching the acid-base balance for decades and has published high-circulation guidebooks in the past.
He has been looking after athletes at major events for years and advises amateur and top athletes, teams and associations such as the Austrian Ski Association (ÖSV) on all aspects of nutrition, body care, deacidification and regeneration.
