Enttäuschende Qualität, gefriergetrocknet?
Die Ware hier wirkt nicht wirklich gefriergetrocknet, es sind homogene, ziemlich fest-harte Mini-Stückchen wie gewürfelte Zwiebeln, das ist ok fürs Müsli aber den luftigen, leicht crossen und herrlich aromatisch intensiven Touch und Geschmack von guten und echt gefriergetrockneten Mangos haben sie nicht. Nixht sehr intensiv und eher unreifer Geschmack. In guter Qualität kenne ich gefriergetrocknete Mangos bisher leider nur aus kleinen Verpackungen im Laden. Bei Gefriertrocknung sorgt die Sublimation im Vakuum eigentlich dafür, das das Volumen sowie die Inhaltsstoffe inkl. Vitamine sehr gut erhalten bleiben. Von daher ist die hier bestellte Ware eher enttäuschend. Und leider fehlt auch hier wieder eine Herkunftsangabe und Kennzeichnung der Ware. Charge und MHD werden ja auch spezifisch auf die Verpackung gedruckt, d.h. es fehlt der Wille die Herkunft transparent kenntlich zu machen.
