Carbonit water filter SanUNO
Imagine you turn on your tap and really clean water flows into your glass. You have clean running water without lead and copper from old pipes, without heavy metals and bacteria.
The practical Carbonit filter system works without electricity and is simply connected to the tap outlet. The Carbonit filters have been specially developed in Germany for the properties of European drinking water and do not filter out the minerals dissolved in the water (including limescale).
Simple installation
It can be connected to all standard taps and water taps. Exception: if a non-pressurised boiler (low-pressure boiler) or non-pressurised instantaneous water heater is installed under the sink and if the tap has a hose spray. To install, simply unscrew the strainer outlet from the tap and screw on a special diverter valve. If the lever of this valve is horizontal, the water is forced to pass through the filter. If it is vertical, the water can be tapped as usual without filtering. If a tap has an unusual thread, suitable adapters are available as accessories.
The Carbonit countertop filter is supplied complete with diverter valve, hose and an adapter for standard taps with M24 female thread.
The hose can be shortened and easily adjusted to the desired length, depending on the distance to the tap
Block filter compared to can filters
In contrast to many commercially available can filters, the activated carbon is not poured loosely, but sintered into a block. Filtered pollutants remain in the filter. If the filter capacity is exhausted, the pollutants do not break through - as is the case with a can filter. Renowned test institutes have repeatedly shown that various can filters are easily contaminated. The Carbonit block filter has been proven not to contaminate.
