Our absolute favourite at the moment is the Liver Rescue Smoothie. It contains bananas, wild blueberries and the
magical dragon fruit. Anthony William's smoothie is quick and easy to prepare. The colour is very similar to the
Heavy Metal Detox Smoothie.
The great thing about this is that all the recipes are very varied and unique, the wild combinations keep the
motivation to try out a new recipe again and again.
When we look at the colours of the many different smoothies, we imagine our cells being gently
kissed by the sun, e.g. with the mango-pineapple-ginger smoothie, which appears in a radiant yellow.
The various smoothie combinations with sweet and savoury nuances are also very popular with children.
For an ideal base and to give the smoothie the perfect consistency, filtered water
or fresh orange juice and coconut water are ideal.
As plant-based milk often contains a lot of fat or other additives, these alternatives
should be avoided. The smoothie then also feels light and refreshing and not heavy and blocking.
