Ingredients:
- 3 ripe bananas (frozen in pieces)
- 2 tbsp cocoa powder (raw & unsweetened)
- 1 tsp almond butter
- Optional: vegan chocolate chips or chopped nuts
Preparation:
- Place the frozen banana pieces in a high-speed blender.
- Add the cocoa powder and almond butter.
- Blend until creamy - depending on the desired consistency. Add 1-2 tablespoons of plant milk.
- Enjoy immediately or leave to set in the freezer for 1 hour.
Tip: Mix in cashew or coconut butter for extra creaminess.
Recipe 2: Fruity raspberry and coconut ice cream
Ingredients:
- 200 g frozen raspberries
- 200 ml coconut milk (fatty)
- 2 tbsp maple syrup or apple syrup
- 1 tsp lime juice
Preparation:
- Place all the ingredients in a blender.
- Blend briefly on a high speed until smooth.
- Pour into a freezer-safe mould and freeze for at least 3 hours.
- Defrost for 10 minutes before serving.

Recipe 3: Vegan cashew vanilla ice cream
Ingredients:
- 150 g cashew nuts (soaked overnight)
- 200 ml almond milk
- 2 tbsp agave syrup or apple syrup
- 1 tsp vanilla pulp or vanilla extract
- pinch of salt
Preparation:
- Drain the cashews and puree with all the ingredients in a blender until creamy.
- Pour into an ice cream maker or place in a mould in the freezer.
- Stir every 30 minutes until the mixture is creamy and frozen (approx. 4 hours).
Tip: Add a shot of espresso to make a vegan affogato dessert.
