Special Information

Preparation: Take 1 tablespoon of herbs or 2 filter bags per 1 litre of water, 1 teaspoon of herbs or 1 filter bag per 1 cup. Then scald with boiling water. Then leave to infuse for 2 to 3 minutes and strain through a sieve or remove the filter bag.
Use: Start with 1 to 2 cups per day. Gradually increase to 1/2 - 1 litre or more per day. In addition to the amount of tea, drink approx. 1 - 1 1/2 litres of mineral-poor still water daily.
