... are these olive crackers in raw food quality, completely without wheat flour or raising agents. On their own, with savoury dips or deliciously topped, these high-fibre crunchy crackers are a treat for the palate.
Raw food from the raw material to the cracker
Our olive crackers are prepared with a lot of love under the strictest quality standards and contain ingredients from controlled organic cultivation in raw food quality. The raw food crackers are based on freshly harvested Peruvian olives, almonds and sprouted buckwheat. Fully ripe, carefully dried olives from Peru, cold-pressed organic olive oil, juicy carrots, linseed, sunflower seeds and pink rock salt ensure a pleasant consistency and the unique flavour of summer and southern olive groves.
The almonds and seeds are first soaked briefly in water. After careful crushing and mixing, the dough is spread onto drying trays and dried at 45°C until crispy. Thanks to the monitored raw food quality, the valuable vitamins, minerals and enzymes of the ingredients remain in the crackers.
We do not use gluten, yeast or raising agents in our olive crackers. Thanks to their high fibre content, they are a snack that keeps you full for a long time in the morning, at lunchtime and in the evening, at home and on the go. Topped with savoury pickled tomatoes or peppers or with refined raw food dips, the Keimling raw food olive crackers are suitable for every day.
