Product information "Millivital Micro-fermentation accelerator bio"
The Organic Micro-Fermentation Accelerator is a combination of 10 high-dose lactic acid cultures, organic corn starch and organic Jerusalem artichoke powder for fermenting smoothies, vegetables, grains, potatoes and pulses. This accelerator is a unique blend of microbial cultures that produce ferment-specific flavour, texture and nutrient profiles in your food in a short time. With this product you can make your own sauerkraut, porridge, pulses, pickles, rice and pizza dough quickly and easily. The measuring spoon in the tin is equivalent to one capsule. This product is vegan and free from animal ingredients.
Preparation Example smoothies and juices:
1. freshly squeeze or buy a smoothie or juice with at least 5 ingredients, pour into a micro-fermentation jar.
2. grind ½ teaspoon of oat flakes in a mortar and add.
3. approx. Add one measuring spoon of micro-fermentation accelerator to 250 ml and stir with a wooden spoon. Close the jar with the membrane insert.
4. Ferment for 12 hours at room temperature (min. 22°C). Drink directly or store in the refrigerator and consume within 2 days.
