Getting good appliances for healthy cooking is not that easy at the moment. That's why we're delighted that we were able to get a remaining stock of the original version of the Excalibur 9. The appliance has the typical door for hanging without a catch and has the tried and tested Stone Age technology, which only consists of the temperature setting.
A timer or buttons for digital control were deliberately omitted at the time, as it was intended to be and remain simple and indestructible. And as always, the drying results are outstanding and are in no way inferior to the newer version of the Excalibur appliances. Anyone who wants to produce not only dried fruit but also raw food dishes swears by these Excalibur dryers. With their horizontal air flow, they allow fruit purées, for example, to be finely spread and dried into fruit leather. Incidentally, our popular raw food crackers also become wonderfully crispy with Excalibur dryers.
