Raw food snacking fun from Germany
We are always on the lookout for new, imaginative raw food manufacturers from Germany. AHO.BIO Manufaktur in Bad Münder, Lower Saxony, is one of the rising stars of the scene. The "most sustainable food start-up in the whole of Germany" (according to its own description) has already caused a furore on the RTL show "Die Höhle der Löwen". We were immediately impressed by the consistently vegan raw food snacks from German organic farming. The AHO.BIO team created these savoury pizza sticks exclusively for Keimling Naturkost.
Pizza enjoyment on the go, with the Mediterranean flavours of tomato, basil, rosemary, onion and oregano - Mamma Mia, your mouth will start to water! The raw food sticks are wonderfully tasty and crispy, but of course without industrial flour and without baking. The practical sticks taste great anywhere, whether on the couch with a homemade tomato dip or on the go as a filling snack. Their Mediterranean flavour will surprise you.
Natural ancient grain in careful raw food quality
Emmer (also known as two-grain) is one of the oldest ancient grains and is known for its delicate flavour. The sprouted emmer sprouts are carefully mixed by hand with linseed, golden linseed, dried organic tomatoes and fine spices, flattened and stamped and then gently dried in a dehydrator at 42° C. Without any artificial additives or flavour enhancers. The sticks can be kept for many weeks in compostable kraft paper stand-up pouches. But you can bet they'll be snacked on in no time.
By the way, the Keimling Pizza Sticks are not only a treat for the palate, they also provide our body with valuable fibre and vital substances such as potassium and folic acid. Among other things, potassium contributes to normal muscle function and the maintenance of normal blood pressure. This makes snacking twice as much fun!
