In the process, Dr. Goerg does not add any flavourings for a uniquely natural coconut taste. To maintain the creamy consistency, the manufacturer uses the vegan thickening agent gellan gum, which is authorised for organic products and prevents the coconut milk from separating naturally. Coconut palms have been cultivated for more than 3000 years. The coconut palm belongs to the palm family. The word "coconut" originally means "kernel" or "berry".
