Kuvings REVO830: For the best ingredients in fruit and vegetable juice

Until now, the prevailing opinion has been that horizontal juicers are particularly suitable for celery stalks. With the REVO820, the company Kuvings is proving this wrong. Kuvings has always been a pioneer of the Whole Slow Juicer. Keimling Naturkost now presents the first Kuvings household juicer which, in addition to the new 88 mm feed opening, has a further 43 mm feed opening for celery, carrots, salsify, asparagus, rhubarb or other elongated fruit and vegetables.

The REVO830 is the 6th generation of the Kuvings Whole Slow Juicer. Compared to the previous top model, the EVO820, it is a completely new development. In addition to the two-part feed openings, the patented press roller is able to separate stalk vegetables and other elongated foods into pieces approx. 2 cm wide. The technology is so sophisticated that no sharp edges or blade inserts are used and therefore no precautions are necessary when handling and cleaning. Decades of experience, expertise and production in our own factory promise fresh juice enjoyment thanks to the robustness and long service life of the REVO830. The Kuvings REVO830: reinventing the design of vertical slow juicers

In addition to the press roller and feed chute, the juicing housing has also been redesigned. This significantly changes the usual Kuvings look. The motor block has a tidy appearance and the design is unique, as the juicing housing is completely free-standing and the usual rear, raised bar to the feed hopper is missing. Four attractive colours with a matt finish are available: White, red, silver and gun metal. The variety of colours is framed by a glossy black motor base and the support for the juicer housing with a fine carbon surface, a real highlight in terms of look and feel.

The Kuvings REVO830: Small and subtle improvements to details

Other improvements are not immediately recognisable, but are immediately noticeable in practice. The pomace outlet has become much larger and makes it easier to eject the plant fibres and clean. The juice outlet flap on the Revo is secured by a bayonet lock, making it easier to remove for cleaning. The diameter of the juice outlet has also been increased. Furthermore, a new motor is hidden away, which is quieter, more durable and energy-efficient. The new safety device in the press roller housing is also not immediately recognisable. If the parts are not assembled correctly, the Kuvings does not make a sound to prevent damage to man and machine. The new collection containers round off the good overall picture, they look better than their predecessors and can be stacked inside each other to save space.

The Kuvings REVO830: Loves celery stalks...

Delicious juices without a lot of preparatory work and particularly efficient - these are features that the Kuvings development team has been focussing on for decades. The REVO now also tops the simple processing of celery stalks and other elongated fruit and vegetables. Where other juicers require the celery stalks to be cut into small pieces to prevent clogging in the pulp outlet, the REVO does this work for every user as a matter of course. The newly developed pressing roller does this job reliably. The celery is drawn in completely independently. We recommend washing the stalks piece by piece and successively filling the REVO with the clean stalk. No further tamping or pushing is necessary.

The Kuvings REVO830: Presses and presses and also presses other types of fruit and vegetables

The REVO is excellent at processing hard sticks into juice, but of course it is also suitable for all other fruit and vegetables. The flip gate, familiar from the Kuvings bestseller EVO820, has been enlarged by a further 6 mm to 88 mm. This allows apples, pears, tomatoes and the like to slide straight through to the press roller without further cutting. Leafy vegetables and even green herbs and grasses are also grabbed by the press roller and the nutrients are mercilessly wrung into a delicious health elixir. With a gentle 50 revolutions per minute, the REVO gets the very best out of your ingredients, whereby quantity and quality are easy on your wallet and your time. The Kuvings technology not only increases the amount of nutrients in the juice, it also preserves them for longer. This is because the presence of oxygen is necessary for oxidation processes, and there is very little of this in REVO juice at the low speed of 50 rpm - no comparison with juice centrifuges, which spin the juice out at several thousand revolutions per minute. Pressing instead of spinning.

Extra practical and ingenious: The double feed funnel

In fact - the REVO has two of them. With a diameter of 88 mm, the flip-gate funnel inlet is currently the largest in Kuvings household appliances. Flap gate means something like revolving door. This flap gate enables the wide funnel opening - while at the same time ensuring maximum safety for children's hands. An additional inlet with a diameter of 43 mm can then be used to feed fruit and vegetables into the appliance. For you, this means that the ingredients usually do not have to be pre-cut or chopped. This saves time. And even better: nutrients and vitamins are fully preserved until pressing and are not destroyed at the cutting points by the influence of oxygen. For example, several whole tomatoes can easily be placed in the REVO one after the other and you can enjoy your own freshly squeezed tomato juice in no time at all.

Under lock and key: The juice outlet flap makes it possible

When you close the flap, the REVO830 mixes various ingredients thoroughly while juicing, up to 500 ml. How about a carrot, beetroot or apple juice, for example? Simply close the juice outlet cap, juice the ingredients and then open it - the fresh juice flows into the glass already thoroughly mixed. The flap also helps with the final cleaning. After extracting the juice, close the lid, pour in half a litre of water and let the motor run for a few seconds. When you drain the water again, 70% of the cleaning process is already complete.
