Petra Birr has an impressive story to tell. In her youth, she had more health problems than most of us. She had rheumatism, intolerances, severe skin problems and persistent infections. It was amazing to see how deeply our eating habits are anchored in our psyche. Having a community that is on the same wavelength and has the same goal was a wonderful help. And for Petra it was a revelation. Her health problems gradually disappeared. She also kept going and even founded the Academy for Nutrition in Berlin in 2008 to train raw food experts and share her wealth of experience.
