However, low-calorie food is often poor in important nutrients and the body is not satisfied with it, which leads to hunger and a bad mood.

Firstly, all foods that could tempt you should be removed from the household. It also doesn't hurt to opt for simple recipes that are either particularly quick to prepare or that can be cooked several days in advance in the spirit of meal prepping, at least at the beginning. The lower the hurdles, the more pleasure you will get from and with healthy eating.
Exceptions are allowed
Eating healthily all the time - yes, that is possible, but exceptions are needed in order to regain focus. If you pay attention to your diet throughout the week, you can enjoy a pizza at the weekend, nibble on natural sweets and drink a few glasses of wine.
