Don't worry about what your family or friends might enjoy most. You can buy and give a gift voucher in our online shop in no time and with little effort. This gives the recipient the pleasure of picking out exactly what they are most excited about from a wonderful range.

How to buy the Keimling gift voucher:

Purchasing is quick and easy: Simply select the desired quantity of the voucher.

Then click on the green "Add to basket" button. If you would like to add more products from our range, click on the relevant product pages and add your desired items to the shopping basket. When you have finished shopping, click on the shopping basket symbol at the top right and then on "Proceed to checkout".

After purchasing and paying for the voucher, you will receive it in a separate e-mail. You can then use it as you wish.

How do you redeem the Keimling voucher?

To redeem the voucher, add the product(s) you wish to pay for with your voucher to your shopping basket. If you wish to add several products to your shopping basket, simply continue shopping. Then click on the shopping basket at the top right if the shopping basket bar has not opened. The sidebar with the shopping basket will then open. At the bottom of the shopping basket you will find a small field for entering your personal voucher code. Please enter the code you received by e-mail here. Please make sure that you enter your voucher code correctly (upper and lower case, no additional spaces etc.). Then confirm your order and look forward to receiving your wonderful Keimling-products!

If you do not redeem the full amount of your voucher, the remaining amount will be credited automatically. Enter your voucher code again with your next order. Your credit will then be deducted from your purchase. You can use the voucher for your purchases until your credit has been fully redeemed. You will see the remaining amount in your customer account after redeeming the voucher.

Important note: The Keimling-voucher is valid for three years from receipt. The purchase of a Keimling-voucher is only possible via credit card and Paypal. The Keimling voucher can only be redeemed in the Keimling redeemable in the webshop. At the moment the purchase voucher will NOT be credited towards shipping costs.
