The skin around the eyes is the most sensitive part of the face. It is particularly thin and has few sebaceous glands. This is why stress, irritation and environmental influences are often visible as wrinkles, puffiness and redness around the eyes. Is there a best-before date for pH-Cosmetics Alkaline Eye Cream?

Like most skin care products, the alkaline eye cream should be used within six months of opening the pack. In very hot summer temperatures, it can be stored in the refrigerator. This also provides a pleasant cooling effect for swollen eyes after application.

How do I apply the pH-Cosmetics alkaline eye cream?

Apply a little of the ph-Cosmetics alkaline eye cream to your fingers and spread it gently and evenly around your eye area. You can then pat the cream in gently. The cream has been specially developed for sensitive skin and is quickly absorbed. Use this cream in the morning after getting up and in the evening before going to bed.

What else can I do for my stressed eyes in addition to the alkaline eye cream?

You can relieve swollen eyes with a little cooling. Place the pH-Cosmetics alkaline eye cream in the fridge and then massage it in gently. You can also apply cucumber slices from the fridge and give your eyes a little rest. Chamomile pads can help with irritated skin around the eyes with redness: Soak 2 cotton pads in warm camomile tea and place them on your closed eyes for at least 10 minutes. For a warming boost in between, rub your palms together vigorously and place them on your eyes. Then moisturise your eye area with the alkaline eye cream. Small eye exercises are often used for strained eyes: To do this, roll your eyes in a relaxed manner or focus your gaze alternately on a nearby object and an object in the distance.
