Dragon fruit powder pink pitaya: a colourful ingredient for smoothies, juices and more

The high natural content of the plant pigment beta-carotene gives the pitaya its intense pink colour. The fibre-rich powder is obtained from the whole red dragon fruit. Its fruity, slightly acidic flavour is more intense than that of dragon fruit with white flesh, without being overpowering. This makes dragon fruit powder the perfect colourful ingredient for smoothies, juices, nice creams, mueslis or cupcakes. Did you know that Anthony William is also a self-confessed dragon fruit fan?
