Product information "Wild apricots, organic 350 g"
Raw organic wild apricots
The origin of the apricot is disputed: The apricot has been known in Armenia since ancient times. During an archaeological excavation of a site in Armenia, apricot kernels from the Copper Stone Age were even discovered. Geneticists, on the other hand, describe the origin of the apricot in China and there are also assumptions that this fruit has been cultivated in India since 3000 BC. Ultimately, however, the most important thing is that this fantastic little fruit has found its way to us. Apricots are mainly used in sweet dishes such as cakes and desserts, but also in creams and smoothies. Their almond-shaped seeds are also popular because they have a strong marzipan flavour. However, they should not be eaten too often due to their high amygdalin content.
A delicacy rich in vitamins and minerals
The apricot harbours a secret that many of us certainly don't know: They carry a small treasure trove of vitamins and minerals, which is even greater when the fruit is dried. Apricots also have the following effects
+ vitamins
such as provitamin A (the highest content of all fruits), vitamin B5, C retinoic acid, folic acid
+ minerals
such as magnesium, potassium
+ secondary plant substances
such as salicylic acid, quercetin, retinoic acid
+ enzymes

Wildaprikosen
Sehr guter Geschmack, bin voll zufrieden.
Wunderbares Produkt

Wildaprikosen
Top Qualität. Sehr lecker. Vielen Dank.
prima Ware
etwas herber, jedoch angenehmer Geschmack
