Product information "LOOV Wild blueberries, organic 113 g"
Nordic superfood picked by hand
Organic blueberries are a popular ingredient in many different dishes. Whether in a smoothie, porridge, muesli or as a snack between meals. The wild form in particular provides intense colour and flavour and is rich in antioxidants.
You can recognise wild blueberries by their blue-coloured flesh, in contrast to the light-coloured flesh of cultivated blueberries. Anthocyanins, which are antioxidants, are responsible for the intense colour. Thanks to them, wild blueberries have an interesting ORAC value of 35100 µmol TE/100 g.
The wild organic blueberries for LOOV products are hand-picked in certified forests in Northern Europe and then gently freeze-dried. This preserves the valuable ingredients, flavour and colour in the best possible way. The small berries are full of minerals such as calcium, iron and potassium and also provide vitamin E.
The Nordic superfood with its berry-fruity flavour is suitable as an ingredient for muesli, porridge or desserts. Anthony William also swears by the small power berries for his Heavy Metal Detox Smoothie - in their wild form, of course.
The contents of the pack 113g correspond to approx. 1,100g of fresh wild blueberries.

The wild form grows in the unspoilt forests of northern Europe and is picked by hand. Their anthocyanin content, which is responsible for the blue colouring, is up to four times higher than in the cultivated form. You can easily recognise this from the intense blue flesh.

Heidelbeeren
Die gefriergetrockneten Heidelbeeren haben eine super Qualität.
