Dr. Goerg Mandelmus - schonend geröstet
Geschmacklich sehr gut, allerdings lässt sich das Mus nicht in eine gleichmäßige Masse rühren. Das Öl war bei beiden Gläsern vollständig getrennt und der übrig gebliebene Mandel-Klumpen ist zu hart.
